PAYMENT SCHEME:

01. RESERVATION FEE - Php20,000.00 is required to hold/reserve the chosen unit. This will be deducted from your downpayment. Please see sample computation above.

02. 20% DOWNPAYMENT - payable in 12 months without interest. First downpayment will start 30 days from date of reservation. Client may request extended months of downpayment to suit your budget.

03. 80% BALANCE - can be paid up to 25 yrs. thru Pag-ibig Fund (10-12% per year), In-House Financing (18-20% per year) or Bank Financing ( 9-11% per yr.) Monthly Amortization will start after full payment of downpayment.There's no overlapping of payment.

04.CASH DOWNPAYMENT OR FULL CASH PAYMENT OF TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE - 7% discount if paid within 7 days from date of reservation. 5% discount if paid within 15 days from date of reservation and 3% discount if paid within 30 days from date of reservation.

05. LOAN PROCESSING - the developer will handle the processing of your housing loan with the Bank or Pag-ibig. Just submit the required documents.

06. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS - For OFW:1.)Passport (xerox) 2.) Job Contract specifying date started and term 3.) Special Power of Attorney. 4.) 1x1 pictures. LOCALLY EMPLOYED: 1.) Original Latest Payslip 2.) Income Tax Return 3.) 1X1 ID Pictures 4.) TIN ID 5.) Residenc e Certificate 6.) Marriage Contract/Birth Certificate 7.) Company ID 8.) Proof of Billing.
